HOW TO PREVENT GRAY HAIR GROWTH WITH RED ONIONS

  • Transfer the air to your left cheek and again hold for another 10 counts.
  • Now transfer air to your right cheek and hold for another 10 counts.
  • Repeat this transferring of air from one cheek to the other for 10-15 times.

This exercise is quite easy and very effective to delete the chubbiness of your cheek.

This is another simple exercise that will not only reduce the chubbiness but will also tone your facial muscles.

  • Inhale air deeply with your mouth.
  • Transfer the air from one side of the cheek to another as if you are swishing mouthwash inside your mouth.

Face exercise 3:

Vent your lips in ‘O’ shape and blow air out of your mouth.

This exercise is called the ‘Smiling fish face’.

  • Suck in your cheeks and lips to make a fish face and try smiling.
  • Hold on for 5-10 seconds and repeat for another 5 times.

  • Lift your face upwards and look towards the ceiling as much as you can.
  • Now blow air out of your mouth.

This exercise will firm your jaw lines and will also tone down cheeks making it leaner.

Face exercise 6:

  • Move your lower lip over your upper lip as much as possible, try bringing your lower lip closer to your nose.
  • Hold it for 15 seconds.
  • Repeat this exercise 10 times daily for effective results.

You’ll feel a strain on your jaw muscles and your chin. This exercise tones your chin muscles and will rid you of that double chin.

Face exercise 7:

  • Open your mouth as much as possible and hold it.
  • You’ll feel a stretch on all your facial muscles and gradually the muscles will tone.

Face exercise 8:

Another very well-known facial exercise, which we have often heard of, is sunken cheeks.

  • Suck in your cheek and feel the muscles on either side of your mouth sink in.
  • Hold this position for 15 seconds.
  • Repeat this exercise for some other 10 times.

Also you can use a straw whenever you are drinking any liquid. Sipping liquid with straw will automatically sink in your cheeks.

This exercise will reduce the fat from your cheeks and emphasize cheek bones. Practicing this exercise regularly will help you get a sculpted face.

Face exercise 9:

  • Try pulling in as much air possible with your mouth.
  • When you pull air, you see your cheeks automatically sinking in.
  • Then release the air from your mouth slowly and gently.

Your cheeks will sink in and your jaws will also tighten.

Face exercise 10:

  • Place your index and middle finger over both cheekbones.
  • Pull the skin over your cheekbones to the eye.
  • Open your mouth to form a long, oval shape.
  • Hold for some 10 seconds and release your cheekbone skin.
  • Relax and try again.

5 Unconventional Ways to Get Glowing Skin

Glowing skin: You want it. I want it. Everybody wants it! There’s something about being healthy, happy and rested that makes you look amazing (especially compared to the rest of the sleep-deprived, malnourished, grouchy-from-constipation masses.) This is the kind of glow that no toxic face peels or fancy pants gold-laced creams can buy you. The kind of glow we’re all chasing is the kind that comes from way deep on down and radiates not just from our skin, eyes, and hair but from our being. You know what I’m saying?

But how do we get this elusive glow going, aside from resting more and stressing less? Easy peasy, my friends. Easy peasy indeed. To get that kinda glow, yes we need water, greens, and sunshine —  but we also need to give these things a try:

1. Eliminate effectively.

Doesn’t “effective elimination” sound fancy? What I’m really talking about — pooping regularly — isn’t particularly glamourous, but it is oh-so important. Besides the fact that it’s essential for your health, it’s impossible to glow from the inside out when you’re full of sh*t. When you’re constipated, your body tries to remove those toxins through other organ systems (since your colon is out of commission). Before you know it, your skin starts looking like crap.

Unfortunately, our cultural habits are not conducive to good poops — in fact, 63 million Americans are currently constipated. Not only are very few of us eating enough fibre and drinking enough water, but we’re also not adopting the best — ahem — position for effective elimination. In the natural pooping position (squatting), the colon is relaxed and primed to do what it does best. When we’re sitting up straight on the toilet? Not so much.

In case you’re not in the mood to trade your modern plumbing for an all-natural hole-in-the-ground approach, I highly recommend the Squatty Potty. It’s a stool that help you squat over the bowl, relaxing and supporting your colon. The result is that you have less straining, less constipation, and more complete elimination. Plus… who doesn’t love saying “Squatty Potty?” It’s hilarious!

2. Cut the caffeine.

Caffeine may make you feel (temporarily) energized, but trust me — it’s not helping your skin. Caffeine affects a whole host of hormones in our bodies like adrenaline, cortisol, adenosine and dopamine, leading to adrenal imbalances, jitteriness and low energy. That’s a place nobody wants to visit, folks.
